Educator
will be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, delivery, and
evaluation of the extension pest management educational and applied research
programs in arthropod pest management for commercial vegetable production,
other food crops and special projects on

Possession
of computer skills including word processing, use of spreadsheets, and
statistical data analysis
Qualifications: Masters Degree required in entomology or pest
management. Willingness to meet the travel demands of the position and
flexibility to work other than normal work hours (early morning or evening) as
required. Must possess or have the ability to acquire a New York State
Commercial Pesticide Applicators License. Ability to use computers in
communications, data access and information analysis is essential. Preferred: Two or more years experience in Cooperative
Extension or similar educational fields. Experience in
environmental issues related to the regional industries is desirable.
Work
Schedule: 40 hours per
week
